Sangs, Heikkinen Sent Down
Following today’s victory in Philadelphia, The Rangers announced that defensemen Bobby Sanguinetti and Ilkka Heikkinen have been returned to Hartford in the AHL. Sanguinetti didn’t make much of an impact during his second short stint with the Blueshirts and definitely looks like more seasoning is needed before he is given another shot to stick.
